Our Build Process
Prestige Truck Bodies build process is combined with a highly organised scheduling system. After receiving the initial order and build a date confirmed a package for the build is completed and drawn by our engineering team. Prestige Truck Bodies run a full production schedule which allows an update of the build process at any stage from cut, build, pre-fitting to the chassis, painting to the final finishing stage.
Ongoing production meetings allow Prestige to keep the likes of end users, dealerships and fleet companies informed of how the build is tracking.
From the initial cutting of steel, to the finished product Prestige Truck Bodies process include, an advanced robot, laser cutting machines, service gantries, overhead cranes and an oven baked spray booth.
The two factories are designed to keep bodies moving down the production line giving easy flow.
No other rigid builder has the ability to mass produce in house components like Prestige does, we have invested in our company, our machinery to give our customer the best price and quality.
